This tutorial gives a hands-on introduction to reliable software energy consumption measurements with EnergiBridge. EnergiBridge provides an interface for energy measurements across multiple operating systems and processor architectures. Next to being used in several studies focusing on energy consumption, it is also the basis for the coursework on Sustainable Software Engineering at TU Delft, where 100+ students learn each year how to conduct scientifically reliable measurements through their project work (find some of the reports of the most recent edition at: https://luiscruz.github.io/course_sustainableSE/2026/p1_measuring_software).
